Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Easebuzz). We do not store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We receive only the transaction status, reference and amount.

Location information

With your permission, we collect your device's precise or approximate location while you use the app to show merchants that deliver to you, pick or confirm your delivery address, and let you track your order. You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings; some features may then be unavailable.

Contacts

If you grant the Contacts permission, the app reads contacts on your device to help you find and share with people you know. Contacts are used only for this feature and are never sold. You can deny or revoke the permission at any time without affecting your ability to order.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
